| The Group's principal activity is to construct buildings and civil structures. The Group operates under five major segments, Concessions, Energy, Road works, Construction and Holdings and Other activities. Under Concessions, the Group is involved in designing, engineering and financing to build and operate transport infrastructure such as motorways, bridges, car parks and airports. Under Energy, the Group offers engineering, systems integration, installation and maintenance for industries and third party vendors. Under Road works, the Group builds, renovates and maintains road and motorways. Under Construction, the Group is involved in civil engineering and hydraulic engineering. Under Holdings and Others, the Group is involved in real estate promotion and development of housing lots, complexes and hotels. The Group operates mainly in Europe, North America and the United Kingdom. In 2007, the Group acquired Nukem, Soletanche Bachy & Entrepose Contracting. |
