The Group is a member of Wakefern Food Corporation, a retailer-owned food cooperative and owner of the ShopRite name. Food products include dairy and frozen foods, meats, produces, prepared foods and seafood. Non food items consist of pharmaceuticals, cut flowers, health and beauty aids, greeting cards, videocassette rentals and small appliances.
