The Group's principal activities are the production and sale of cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, concrete pipes and mortar. Their other activities include specialty products like specialty chemicals, papers, pre cast pipes, retail distribution of construction materials for contractors, professionals and private individuals and transportation of materials and other contract work. The Group mainly operates in France, the United States, Italy and Switzerland. In 2008, the Group acquired Walker group and BSA Cement HIS.
