The Group's principal activity is to produce fabricated metal products. It operates through four segments. Engineered Support Structures: Manufactures engineered metal structures and components for the lighting, traffic and wireless communication industries. Utility Support Structures: Manufactures engineered metal and concrete structures for the North American utility industry. Coatings: Provides galvanizing, anodizing and powder coating Services. Irrigation: Manufactures agricultural, irrigation equipment and related parts and services. In addition to these four reportable segments, other includes manufacturing of tubular products for industrial customers. It also provides wind energy development, industrial fastener and machine tool accessories. The Group operates under the brand name 'Valley'. As on November 2008, it acquired Stainton Metal Co., Ltd.
