The Group's principal activity is operating resorts in North America through its subsidiaries. The Group operations are carried through three business segments: Mountain, Lodging and Real Estate. The Mountain segment includes the operations of the Company's ski resorts properties and related ancillary activities. The Resort segment is the combination of the Mountain and Lodging segments. The Real Estate segment owns and develops real estate in and around the Company's resort communities. The Lodging segment includes the operations of all of the Company's owned hotels under its RockResorts brands. It operates in the United States.
