The Group's principal activities are designing, manufacturing, distributing and selling telecommunication and electronic products. It supplies corded and cordless telephones and selling VTech and AT&T branded products in major retail stores. The Group covers a spectrum of age groups, from infants to pre-teens, and from standalone items to platform products. Standalone products include infant toys, pre-school toys, electronic learning aids and jungle gym. Platform products include V.Smile TV Learning System and Bugsby Reading System. It also provides one-stop shop electronic manufacturing services for medium sized customers mainly in four areas: professional audio equipment, switching mode power supplies, home appliances and communications products. Other activity includes property holding. Operations are carried out in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
