United Stationers Inc. (United) is a wholesale distributor of business products. It stocks a line of approximately 100,000 products, including technology products, traditional office products, office furniture, janitorial and breakroom supplies, and industrial supplies. As of December 31, 2009, the Company’s network of 64 distribution centers allows it to ship these items to over 25,000 reseller customers, and cities in Mexico on an overnight basis. The wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is United Stationers Supply Co. (USSC). During 2009, private brand products accounted for about 14% of United's net sales. In March 2010 the Company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, United Stationers Supply Co., has acquired all the interest in MBS Dev, Inc.
