| The Group's principal activities are divided into four business segments: Contract manufacturing, tools, metrology and magnetics. Contract manufacturing segment includes original equipment manufacturing (OEM) product range including voltage converters, cables, coils, electrical/mechanical products, chargers and rechargeable battery products. Tools segment includes manufacturing and distributing of lawn, agricultural tools, wood saws and hacksaws, hand and power tools and electric-powered garden tools. Metrology segment eincludes manufacturing and distributing precision measuring instruments for the automotive, aerospace and defence markets. Magnetics segment includes permanent magnets, magnetic tools, magnetic chucks and turnkey magnetic systems. Other activity includes investment holding. The Group operates in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australasia, Mainland Europe, the United States of America, Canada, Singapore and elsewhere in Asia. |
