The Group's principal activities are to provide real estate services. The Group operates in six segments: Real Estate, Construction, Consultancy, Hospitality, Electrical and Others. Real Estate includes development of mini cities and townships construction of residential and commercial complexes including shopping malls and various types of dwelling units. The Construction activities include construction of highways, roads, powerhouses, transmission lines, refineries, hotels, hospitals and various types of other buildings/structures, in India and abroad. Consultancy and management services include overseeing of project execution and marketing of real estate ventures. Electrical segment manufactures electrical transmission towers.
