Unilever Pakistan Foods Limited is a Pakistan-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of consumer and commercial food products under brand names of Rafhan, Knorr, Energile, Glaxose-D and Foodsolutions. Its products include noodles, cooking aids, soups and dressings, desserts, flavored powder drink and dextrose based drink, among others. It is also active in the food catering services. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company produced 20,737 metric tons of food products. During the same year, sales to domestic customers in Pakistan were 97.5% and to customers outside Pakistan were 2.5% of the Company's revenue. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was a subsidiary of Conopco Inc., United States of America (USA), whereas its ultimate parent company was Unilever N.V. Holland.
