The Group's principal activities are real estate, investment management and industrial services. Industrial services include the production and sale of beverages such as beer, aerated drinks and mineral water. Their beers are marketed under the brand Skol. The Group is also involved in real estate where it specializes in buying and selling of buildings. They also rent out buildings to corporate houses. The Group's third pole of activity is investment management. The Group performs the investment management activities through its subsidiaries UNIBRA SA and SIE SA. The Group has its presence in Europe, the United States and Africa. In July-2008 it acquired Rive Droite SA. In Feb-2009 it acquired Ground SA.
