The Group's revenues are mainly derived from property investment and management of dominant assets in and around the Paris area. The Group's property portfolios include office buildings, shopping centers, convention centers and trade exhibitions. The office buildings are mainly occupied by the industrial, IT companies or public service companies. The shopping center section includes a portfolio of regional and supra-regional shopping areas. The convention and exhibition section provides venues for trade shows, conventions and corporate events where the organizers can showcase their innovations and products. The Group operates in France, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.
