The Group's principal activities are distribution of fuels, production of chemicals and integrated logistic services. It distributes LPG gas to the residential, commercial and industrial areas and produces ethylene oxide and its main derivatives and other chemicals for cosmetic, detergent, paints, packaging and other agro-chemical markets. It also provides integrated logistics, storage and handling services. It has 5 chemical production units in Brazil and 2 in Mexico and it exports its chemical products to more than 40 countries in the 5 continents. It has operations in Brazil, Mexico,Venezuela, Argentina and United States.The Group acquired Chevron Brasil Ltda and Uniao Terminais Armazens Gerais Ltda in 2008.
