| The Group's principal activity is to provide engineering, construction and technical services. It operates under three divisions: the URS Division, the EG&G Division and the Washington Division. The URS division provides a range of professional planning, design,program,construction management and maintenance services to the US federal government, state and local government agencies, and private industry clients in the U.S. and internationally. The EG&G Division provides services to various US federal government agencies, primarily the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. The Washington Division provides program management, planning, design, engineering, construction and construction management, operations and maintenance, and decommissioning and closure services to the US federal government, state and local government agencies, and private industry clients in the US and internationally. |
