The Group's principal activities are operating hotels, developing and investing in property, providing management services and investment holding. The Group's hotel operations division is engaged in operating hotels and serviced apartments in Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar and China. Its portfolio of hotels includes Parkroyal on Beach Road, Pan Pacific Orchard, Marina Mandarin Singapore, Sheraton Perth Hotel, Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour and Sofitel Plaza Xiamen. The Group's property development segment is engaged in selling residential properties in Singapore, Malaysia and China. The property investments division is engaged in leasing commercial and residential properties. Other activities are providing property management services and investing in securities.
