The Group's principal activities are to design, manufacture and distribute imaging supplies such as ribbons, toners, reels and heat transfer cassettes for laser, ink jet, dot matrix and thermo-transfer printers. The Group operates under three segments: Non-Impact products, Impact products and other. Non-Impact products: Includes laser, cartridges, ink jet. Impact products: Includes ink ribbon, cartridges for dot matrix printers. The Group's customers include small specialist retailers to printer manufacturers, co-producers, wholesalers and mail order companies. The Group operates in Europe, USA and Asia.
