The Group's principal activity is providing financial services. Its operations relates Inter-dealer Broking Business and Stockbroking Business. Inter-dealer Broking Business trades under the Tullett Prebon brand and is an intermediary in the wholesale financial markets, facilitating the trading activities of market participants, particularly commercial and investment banks. It covers fixed income securities and their derivatives, interest rate derivatives, treasury products, equities and energy. It operates a hybrid business model with liquidity pools being managed by voice brokers supported by proprietary screens which display historical data, analytics and real time prices. The Group's stockbroking business trades as Collins Stewart. It spans institutional and private client activities, market making, corporate finance, fund management and the supply of online financial information through the quantitative research system QUEST.
