Tuan Sing Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is organized into four operating segments: Property, Hotels Investment, Industrial Services, and Retail. Property segment focuses on investment in and development of prime residential, commercial, retail and industrial properties. Its Hotels Investment segment is represented by its 50% interest in jointly-controlled Grand Hotel Group (GHG), which owns the 5-star Hyatt hotel portfolio located in major cities of Australia. The Industrial Services segment is mostly carried out by its 80.2%-owned listed subsidiary, SP Corporation Limited (SP Corp) with its core businesses in tyre and auto products distribution, commodities trading, and geotechnical and soil investigation services. The Retail segment holds a 60% stake in Pan-West (Private) Limited (Pan-West). In January 2010, the Company announced the establishment of the wholly owned subsidiary Asplenium Land Pte. Ltd.
