The Company operates in five segments: Rail Group; Railcar Leasing and Management Services Group; Construction Products Group; Inland Barge Group, and Energy Equipment Group. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company completed four acquisitions and one divestiture in the Construction Products Group.
