The Group's principal activity is to offer products and services within performance based marketing. The Group operates through three business segments: Transactions, Search and Others. The Transaction segment offers affiliated marketing, pay per call, online advertising campaigns, ad-serving technology and online tracking. The Search segment acts as an outsourcing partner whereby the Group manage the search marketing for their advertising clients. The Other business segment includes consultancy fees and revenues from the sale of technology products. The Group operates in Great Britain, France, Germany, Scandinavia and Other Europe and Japan.
