The Group's principal activity is to provide electronic payment processing and related services to financial and non financial institutions. It operates under three segments: North America Services segment, Global Services segment and Merchant Services segment. The North America Services segment includes electronic payment processing services and other services provided from within the United States. The Global Services segment includes electronic payment processing services and other services from outside the United States. The Merchant Services segment provides merchant processing and related services to clients primarily based in the United States. The Group operates United States, Europe, China, Japan, Mexico, Canada and others.
