Total Artefactos SA is a Peru-based importer and retail distributor of electrical appliances, housewares, consumer electronics, office equipment and computers. The Company owns and manages a network of 87 retail stores under La Curacao name, which are located nationwide. In addition, through Financiera TFC SA and Scotiabank Peru SAA, the Company provides sales financing and credit card issuing services. In August 2011, its Maxi Bodegas chain of supermarkets was sold to MAYORSA SA. As of December 31, 2011, LFLP Holding LLC was the Company’s majority shareholder with 69.86% of its interest. On December 21, 2012, Tiendes EFE SA acquired a 75% stake in the Company’s capital.
