The Group's principal activity is to manufacture barrels and oak casks used for the purpose of ageing wines. It functions under the brand Chapelle. The Group has operations in France, Spain, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. In 2007, the Group acquired Arobois, Demptos South Africa and NV Conseils. On 01-Apr-2008 it acquired Speyside Cooperage.
