| The Group's principal activity is the property development business including construction, sale, brokerage and management. The operations are carried through the following divisions: Housing Sale, Contracted Works, Retail, Leasing, Consigned Management, Resort and Brokerage/Other. The Housing Sale division deals with development and sale of single-family houses, apartments, resort houses and land. The Contracted Works division deals with single-family houses construction contracts; reforming works. The Retail division deals with DIY goods and hobby goods. The Leasing division deals with leasing of offices, apartments, shopping centres and hotels. The Consigned Management division deals with consigned comprehensive building management services. The Resort Facilities division deals with development and operation of leisure and sport facilities. The Brokerage/Other division deals with housing sales agency, brokerage, housing loan guaranty and loans. |
