The Group's principal activity is to develop, manufacture and supply semiconductor production equipment. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Industrial electronic equipment and Electronic component. The Industrial electronic equipment deals with semiconductor production equipment like thermal process systems and plasma etching equipment and flat panel display equipment, coaters and developers, computer systems and network. The Electronic components division develops and manufactures application software, flash memories and fiber optics.
