| The Group's principal activities are manufacture of diesel and gas engines and energy systems for the automobile industry. The Group is structured into two business segments: the engines/after sales segment and the systems and components segment. Within the engines/after sales sector, operated by MTU Friedrichshafen and its subsidiaries, including MTU Asia, MTU Detroit Diesel USA, MTU DD Australia, MTU Detroit Diesel Benelux and others, it offers gas turbines, engines and drive systems. Within the systems and components segment, operated by CFC Solutions, Rotorion, Lorange and MDE Dezentrale Energiesysteme, it provides injection systems, fuel cells and drive shafts. The Group operates in Germany, Rest of Europe, Asia, USA and Other Countries. |
