| The Group's principal activity is to sell service and rent agricultural and industrial machinery. The agricultural equipment includes machinery and attachments for uses ranging from large-scale farming to home and garden use. The construction equipment includes heavy construction and light industrial machinery for commercial and residential construction, road and highway construction and mining. The services are provided to customers located in southeastern and south-central North Dakota, eastern South Dakota, southwestern and west-central Minnesota and northern Iowa. During the year 2007, the Group acquired Avoca Operations Inc, Greenfield Operations Inc, Reiten & Young International Inc, Twin City Implement Inc, Red Power International Inc, Aberdeen Equipment Co, Huron Equipment Co, Redfield Equipment Co, Richland County Implement Inc and Ceres Equipment Inc on 01-02-2008. |
