The Group acquired AVES AFOI Polikandrioti SA, Ecobeton SA, Double W&Co OOD, Feronia Holding Ltd, S&W Ready Mix Concrete Co Inc, Vesa DOOL, Salentijn Properties1 BV and formed Lateem SA, KOCEM Limited, Titan Cement Cyprus Limited, Titan Global Finance PLC, TCK Montenegro DOO and Rudmark DOOEL in 2007 and DOMIKI BETON SA in 2008. |
