Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holdings Corp. is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, specializes in the production and distribution of instant noodles, beverages and baked goods in the People’s Republic of China. It operates under four segments: instant noodles, beverages, instant food and others. The Company distributes its products throughout the People’s Republic of China through its sales network consisting of 555 sales offices and 91 warehouses serving 6,188 wholesalers and 86755 direct retailers as of December 31, 2011. As of December 31, 2011, its subsidiaries included Master Kong Instant of Foods (BVI) Co., Ltd., Tianjin Tingyi Food Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Tingyi Food Co., Ltd. and others.
