The Group's principal activities are to provide supply vessels and marine support services to the offshore energy industry. It operates in the oil and gas exploration and production regions and provides services supporting all phases of offshore exploration, development and production, including: towing of and anchor handling of mobile drilling rigs and equipment; transporting supplies and personnel necessary to sustain drilling, workover and production activities; assisting in offshore construction activities; and a variety of specialized services including pipe laying, cable laying and 3-D seismic work. As at 31-Mar-2009, the Group had a total of 430 vessels, of which 10 were operated through joint ventures.
