The Group's principal activities are to find, produce, gather, process and transport natural gas. The Group operates in four segments: Gas Pipelines, Exploration and Production, Midstream gas and Liquids and Gas Marketing Services. Gas pipeline segment consists of two interstate natural gas pipeline systems and investments in natural gas pipeline-related companies. Exploration & Production segment produces, develops and manages natural gas reserves located in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions of the United States. Midstream Gas & Liquids includes natural gas gathering, treating and processing business. Gas Marketing Services includes natural gas commodity risk through purchases, sales and other related transactions.
