Financial services segment provides mortgage-related products and services primarily for the Group's homebuilding customers. The Group arranges various types of mortgage financing, including conventional, Federal Housing Administration and Veterans Administration mortgages with various fixed-rate and adjustable-rate features. The Group operates in the United States.
