| The Group's principal activities are to sell and lease motor vehicles and real estate properties. The Group is also engaged in Murabaha investments with local Islamic financial institutions. It also performs trading in land and real estate and managing financial portfolios and investment funds for others. The activities of the Group are carried out in accordance with the Islamic Shari'ah Principles. The Group operates under three segments: Finance, Real estate and Investment. Under Finance, the Group supplies consumers and companies of all their miscellaneous needs. Under Real estate, the Group performs sale of land and real estate held for trading or after developing them. Under Investment, the Group manages the real estate portfolios and investment funds on behalf of third parties and management of the Group's investments. The Group mainly operates in Kuwait. |
