| The Group's principal activities are performing various real estate, agricultural, industrial and commercial activities. The Group carry out contracting, road and building construction, including sale, purchase and lease of land and real estate property. The Group utilizes the financial surplus by investing it in financial portfolios and establishing real estate funds and portfolio including management of these funds for its own and for third parties. The Group performs all its activities in accordance with the Islamic Sharia principles. The Group's customers are divided in to two categories: The Villas Clients and The Tenants. The Group's projects include: Kuwait Trade Center, Symphony, Dome, Joman Residential Complex, Roba Residential Complex, X-Zone Project, Kuwait International Tennis Complex, Al-Shorouq Tower, Aranda and Hilton - Kuwait Resort. The Group mainly operates in Kuwait. |
