On Jan 2008, ARX and on 31-Dec-2008 the Group acquired Ankura Capital and Blackfriars Asset Management. On Feb 2008 the Group disposed B-Trade and G-Trade execution businesses, on 31-March-2008, portion of the Estabrook Capital Management Business, on June 2008, M1BB and on 01-Oct-2008, Gannett Welsh & Kotler. |
