| The Group's principal activity is specialising in supply chain management, marketing and brand building ("SCM"). This segment is engaged in distributing consumer electronic products and accessories in China, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore. Its products include digital video cameras, digital still cameras, plasma TVs, electronic accessories and audio products like MP3 players. The Groups extensive brand portfolio includes Panasonic, Orion, Sharp, Creative, Casio and IBM. It has also created and marketed consumer products under its own "YES" brand name, which carries a range of audio players and accessories, LCD TVs and memory cards. The Group's electronics manufacturing services ("EMS") is engaged in contract manufacturing in China. The Group's other activity is property holding in China. |
