The Group operates under two segments: Pharmaceutical and API. Under Pharmaceutical, the Group involves in the development, production, marketing and distribution of drugs in various dosages and forms, in most areas of medicinal treatment and disposable hospital supplies. Under API, the Group involves in the development, production, marketing and distribution of API for the pharmaceutical industry. The Group manufactures solid dosage forms, injectables, liquids, semi-solids and inhalers. The products of the Group include Copaxone and Azilect. The Group operates with 34 dosage pharmaceutical plants in North America, Latin America, Europe, Israel and China. The majority of the Group's sales are in North America and Western Europe. In 2007, the Group acquired Med-Ilac. |
