Semiconductor Test Systems segment designs, manufactures, sells and supports Semiconductor Test products and services on a world wide basis. Systems Test Group segment is comprised of 3 business units: Mil/Aero, Commercial Board Test and Diagnostic Solutions. It also operates in the Semiconductor Test; Military/Aerospace test, Commercial Circuit Board test and Automotive Diagnostics test. On 14-Nov-2008, it acquired Eagle Test Systems Inc, On 24-Jan-2008, it acquired Nextest Systems Corporation ('Nextest').
