The Group's principal activities are to develop and license software and to provide implementation and maintenance support services to the licensees of the software. The Group's activities are carried out through two divisions: Software Licensing and Services. The Software licensing division includes licensing, development and maintenance of software. The Services division includes consultancy services relating to implementation of the software. The Group's operations are located in Asia, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
