The Group's principal activity is to own and operate CNBC TV18 and CNBC Awaaz and is one of the subsidiary of Network18. It provides advertising time, displaying banner ads on the portal, sponsorship contracts, subscription, programming, content licensing, online trading and equipment rental. It also owns and operates HomeShop18, a televised home shopping service selling credible brands through interactive electronic media, primarily through cable television and the internet. The Group provides services overseas primarily in Mauritius, the United Kingdom, Singapore and others.
