The Group utilises the hundreds and thousands of customer contacts of their call center employees to track demands and trends. The information is then used for the optimisation of product development. On the basis of outsourcing agreements, these services are also provided for other telephone companies in Germany, Europe and the USA. The Group also offers Internet and travel agency services. During the year 2008, the Group acquired klickTel. The Group operates in Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and France. |
