The Group's principal activities are providing fixed-line public telecommunication services and fixed telephone services, international long-distance service, data transmission, Internet services, directory publishing services and wireless telecommunication services. It operates two business segments: Voice, Data and Internet and Cellular Phones. Voice, Data and Internet is run through subsidiaries Telecom Argentina S.A., Telecom Argentina USA, Inc. and Cubecorp Argentina S.A. Cellular phones are operated by Telecom Personal S.A. and Nucleo S.A. (Paraguay).
