Tele Norte Celular Participacoes SA (TNCP) is a Brazil-based holding company engaged in the telecommunications industry. Through the subsidiary TNL PCS SA (Oi), which owns Amazonia Celular SA, the Company offers mainly mobile telephone services, as well as broadband Internet, subscription television and other services, for residential clients, small, medium and large companies. In 2008, the Company served 1,021,000 subscribers. As of April 3, 2008, TNCP was acquired by Telemar Norte Leste SA (TMAR).
