The BPO segment provides business process, customer management and marketing services for a variety of industries via Delivery Centers throughout the world. The Database Marketing and Consulting Segment provides outsourced database and marketing services for automotive dealerships and manufacturers to generate and qualify leads, schedule, remind and follow up on customer service appointments. The international operations of the Group are located in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, India, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, UK, Venezuela, Singapore, and Spain. The Group acquired Direct Alliance Corporation on 30-Jun-2006. from Insight Enterprises Inc. |
