The Group's principal activities are to provide fixed and mobile telephone services, data communications services, Internet services and operates cable TV. The Group operates in four business areas; Mobile, Fixed Telephony, Fixed Broadband and Other Operations. Mobile comprises various types of subscriptions for individuals as well as business and prepaid cards and mobile internet. Fixed telephony includes resold products within fixed telephony. Fixed broadband includes direct access & LLUB, i.e. the Group's own services based on access via copper cable, and other forms of access, such as cable TV networks, DNS networks, wireless broadband and metropolitan area networks. Other operations mainly includes carrier operations, IT-outsourcing and system integration through Datametrix. The Group operates in Europe, Russia and Other countries. The Group acquired Teleset Ltd, Utel, Digital Expansion and Adigeja Cellular Communications in 2008.
