| The Group's principal activity is to provider specialty maintenance and construction services required in maintaining high temperature and high pressure piping systems and vessels. The Group operates through two divisions: TMS and TCM. TMS division provides services of leak repair, hot tapping, emissions control monitoring, on-site field machining, technical bolting, field valve repair and fugitive emissions monitoring. TCM division comprises its field heat treatment and non-destructive testing and inspection services. The Group products are sold to petrochemical, refining, power, pipeline, pulp, paper, steel industries, engineering and construction firms, original equipment manufacturers distributors and end users. It offered service lines in over 100 branch locations throughout the United States, Aruba, Belgium, Canada, Singapore, The Netherlands, Trinidad and Venezuela. On 01-Jun-2007, the Group acquired Aitec Inc. |
