| The Group's principal activities are to own, develop, acquire and operate regional shopping centers. It is taxed as a REIT under Sections 856-860 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Currently, the Group owns 24 urban and suburban centers located in 11 states. The Group offers diverse selection of retail stores in each center to give customers a broad selection of consumer goods and variety of price ranges. |
