| The Group's principal activities are to design, develop and manufacture videoconferencing systems and management software. The Group operates through three business segments: Endpoints, Network Products and Services. Endpoints include personal video systems, small and large meeting room video systems and vertical applications. Network Products offers infrastructure products including Border Controller, Gateway, MCUs and MPS. Services consist of service contracts tied to end-points and network product sales. The Group operates in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Pacific areas. Customers include companies and insttitutions from the educational, commercial, financial, judicial and legal, as well as the public sector. In 2007 the Group acquired Codian Ltd. |
