Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Group's principal activity is investing in medium-sized Italian enterprises. It has 2 main business sectors: Equity (minority equity investments in listed and unlisted companies in different market segment/niches) and Advisory (advisory in corporate finance operations and merger and acquisition) via the controlled Tamburi & Associati S.p.a. (T&A). The Group also provides assistance to multinational groups having to deal with acquisition or dismissal of medium businesses and is active also in the public sector, in particular acting as an advisor on public utility companies in their privatization process, including trade sale to private or industrial investors, quotation on stock markets, etc. Other activities include investments in the Secondary Private Equity (SPE) market, via Secontip S.p.A. It operates mainly in Italy. |
