The Group's principal activity is to be engaged in rendering services related to retail and whole sale trade and real estate. It operates in five segments: Department Store, Supermarkets, Real Estate, Car Trade and Footwear Trade. It operates in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The Group acquired AS Suurtuki NK and SIA Suurtuki in April and ABC King AS and ABC King SIA in June 2008.
